Hopper scales and bulk batches

Hopper scales and dispensers for bulk materials providea continuous or cyclic supply of grain, seeds, granulated sugar, cereals, building mixes, fertilizers, and other products and materials in technological process to ptocess units, where their weight / volume is controlled and distributed among packages. Weight dispensers/ bulk batchers also allow automatic total accounting of bulk materials and products.

Types of NPP Metra Hopper scales and bulk batches
  • Hopper electronic scales
    Designed for automatic weighing of materials and measuring the total mass of the product passed through the scales. They have a weight hopper volume of up to 3000 liters, a maximum capacity of up to 500 tons per hour. Metra scales provide the following types of operations:
    - simple outweighing with maximum productivity, when the dose value is equal to the maximum load capacity of the weighing hopper;
    - portioned outweighing, when the dose value is much greater than the maximum load capacity of the weight hopper and the dose is collected in small portions;
    - maintaining the specified output
  • Dispensers of discrete (or periodic) action
    Provide periodic automatic supply of materials and products to process units. These kind of dispensers are ideal for production processes in which the equipment is placed at a height
  • Continuous action dispensers

    Provide continuous automatic supply of materials to process units. This type of dispensers is ideal for production processes in which the equipment is placed horizontally and the material is fed on a conveyor
